Member of the NMDAR signaling complex in excitatory synapses, it regulates NMDAR-dependent potentiation of the AMPAR and therefore excitatory synaptic transmission (By similarity). Phosphorylates the transcription factor FOXO3 to activate its transcriptional activity (PubMed:23805378).
